     ·  Rezervare rapida, flexibilitate maxima la schimbarea de program,ajutor prompt din partea personalului.Multa politete, amabilitate si caldura.Profesionalism si in hotel si in restaurant. Camera ,chiar daca nu e foarte moderna ,este curata ,calda si confortabila,toate aparatele functionau fara probleme. Pozitia hotelului e excelenta ,micul dejun savuros si bogat.Am luat si cina si pranzul,mancarea e delicioasa..M-am simtit foarte bine si am primit tot ceea ce am solicitat. Multumesc, voi reveni cu placere!
     ·  Un lift ar fi necesar cand ai bagaje, dar tot personalul a rezolvat prompt si aceasta situatie.rnPoate o oglinda lunga pe holul camerei ar fi mai folositoare, decat cea de la dulap care are o portiune de lemn la mijloc si nu te vezi prea bine.

     ·  Le calme, le petit dejeuner, la qualite de la cuisine, l'aimabilite du personnel, la situation proche du centre-ville, les personnes a l'accueil qui se souviennent de mon nom - pour ;oi le ;eilleur hotel a Zalau
     ·  le Wifi est pas toujours tres stable
